Just returned from another excellent holiday at Thurston Manor with our Grandchildren. Thurston Manor has an excellent bar and restaurant and food is very good, a particular favourite of my wife and myself was the apple and strawberry crumble with ice cream. There are numerous beaches within easy access of Thurston Manor and a favourite of our Grandchildren was Cove with Thorntonloch a close second.

Absolute fantastic weekend at Thurston Manor.
Mrs Thomson, Thurston Manor
Having visited Thurston Manor with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren aged 2 and 5, we found the accommodation quite spacious and clean. Chris and Stacey did an excellent job of entertaining the children and Stacey was so good with encouraging them to join in without pushing them into anything. Our granddaughter was terrified of characters - but by the end of our week, she just loved "Vinnie" and couldn't wait to give him cuddles.
Mrs Ritchie, Thurston Manor
Had a lovely stay all staff can not do enough for you from reception to bar staff very friendly and go the extra mile to ensure you have a great time. Thank you Thurston Team.

This was the best site we have visited for cleanliness, comfort and staff friendliness.

If you want to relax you can do it. If you wanted to do walking, swimming or watch the wildlife, do it. Dunbar has all the shops and cafes you need. Go for it.

Reception staff are brilliant, extremely helpful. We have been down to Thurston Manor twice in May. Food is very good and very well priced, bar prices are also good. The shop is well stocked and staff very nice, cannot wait to come back down again. Thank you for giving us a lovely time.
