There are few holiday parks that can boast such spectacular surroundings and yet be so conveniently located for sandy beaches, quaint coastal towns, an abundance of historical attractions and an enchanting world class city. Edinburgh is less than hour away and the pretty coastal town of Dunbar is nearby. North Berwick, Haddington and East Linton also offer plenty of options for relaxing days out.

In contrast, the region’s rugged coastline offers no less than eight award-winning beaches. Enjoy dramatic sea views and magnificent nature reserves with fantastic coastal paths, and tee off on the some of the world's finest selection of links golf courses, known as Scotland's 'Golf Coast'

Stayed for 4 nights in deluxe caravan down in the Glen, Thurston Manor. Highly recommend. Caravan 5 star, the staff very friendly helpful. Site itself is first class, looking forward to our next break in Feb 2020. Ideal for families and couples.

Have visited Thurston Manor several times in the past but this was first time we have taken a short break in December. Lodge was very well equipped and cosy and staff very friendly and professional. Thurston Manor is situated in an ideal location for visiting other parts of East Lothian, the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. Only stayed for 5 days but dined in restaurant on two occasions and were very pleased with the meals provided. Will definitely return in the future as we thoroughly enjoyed our break. Keep up the good work.

We really enjoyed our first visit to Thurston Manor and will return in the future. Our caravan was clean, well maintained and added extra touches including towels and coffee were appreciated.

We love coming to your sites for a weeks break, looking forward to trying out your other sites. So far we have been to Thurston Manor and Scoutscroft and had a great time with our cat. Both sites the staff and accommodation have been excellent.

We have been staying at Pease Bay and Thurston Manor since 2006. We always get a nice clean caravan and the staff are always friendly and happy to help. We have stayed at caravan parks all over Britain but none of them can match the service, price and standards that Verdant Leisure provides.

This is most likely the best park staff cannot do enough for you they are extremely polite and lovely that's what makes Thurston Manor the best park. Additionally the food is excellent, we wouldn't go else where tried them but you guys cannot be beaten.

Just returned from another excellent holiday at Thurston Manor with our Grandchildren. Thurston Manor has an excellent bar and restaurant and food is very good, a particular favourite of my wife and myself was the apple and strawberry crumble with ice cream. There are numerous beaches within easy access of Thurston Manor and a favourite of our Grandchildren was Cove with Thorntonloch a close second.

Absolute fantastic weekend at Thurston Manor.

Having visited Thurston Manor with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren aged 2 and 5, we found the accommodation quite spacious and clean. Chris and Stacey did an excellent job of entertaining the children and Stacey was so good with encouraging them to join in without pushing them into anything. Our granddaughter was terrified of characters - but by the end of our week, she just loved "Vinnie" and couldn't wait to give him cuddles.
