Verdant Leisure puts the 'fun' in fundraising!
Each year our owners, holiday guests and team members make our annual charity open days a huge success!
In addition to the support that we offer our nominated charities, The Scottish Wildlife Trust, The Northumberland Wildlife Trust, The Durham Wildlife Trust and the Devon Wildlife Trust, we offer additional support to our Charity of the Year.
Our Charity of the Year
This year we are supporting National Autistic Society! In 2023 we raised over £35,000 for our chosen Charity of the Year, Brain Tumour Research, and we hope 2024 will be just as successful with our new charity!

We'd love to see you for our fun-filled charity open days! Drop by whenever you like between the below times, and the whole family can enjoy a great day out.
Golden Coast
North Devon
10am-4pm on 27th July and 31st August
Join us on either of these dates for brilliant live entertainment, carnival activities, old school sports games, local market stalls, a scavenger hunt, and so much more! £2.50 entry fee including full use of facilities. Plenty of outdoor quiet areas available.
- Parking available all around the park, with large car park to the side and rear of Reception.

There will be a BBQ, live music, duck race, man vs food competition, stalls, face painting, and a car boot sale! Children's wrist bands for use of the inflatables are £5 each. If you need a time out, we have a quiet seated area in the Clubhouse.

Entries must be submitted by midnight on 31st January 2025 to be entered into the prize draw to win a 3 or 4 night break for up to 4 people in a 2 bedroom caravan during 2025. Break is subject to availability and must be booked directly with Verdant Leisure. Holiday booking terms and conditions apply. Break excludes all main school and bank holidays. The winner will be chosen and contacted by email on 3rd February 2025. Suggested donation for entry of £3 but free of charge entries will be accepted via email to marketing@verdantleisure.co.uk and entrants must be aged 18+. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The winner, as a condition of receiving the prize may be required to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by Verdant Leisure. Emails sent to marketing@verdantleisure.co.uk stating the entrant’s full name, and donation amount where applicable, will be stored securely in line with Verdant Leisure’s Privacy Policy. The competition winner will be notified by email on 3rd February 2025, all other entrants' email addresses will be deleted from our systems on 28th February 2025. Emails will not be used for marketing purposes or passed onto any third parties. Prize must be claimed within 14 days, if it is not claimed within this time, another winner will be chosen at random. Employees of Verdant Leisure and National Autistic Society may not enter.
