From the north and south, take the Pease Bay exit at the Cockburnspath roundabout and follow the road straight down to the bay.

Pease Bay is open 11 months per year. We close for a winter break on 31st January each year and reopen again on the 1st March. You can enjoy your holiday home at any time throughout the open season, however, the only rule is it cannot be your permanent residence.

Your main home's TV Licence will cover you unless anyone is watching or recording live TV on any channel or watching or downloading BBC programmes on iPlayer at the same time as your main licensed address. In this case you will need to complete a non-simultaneous use declaration form.
