At Verdant Parks, we pride ourselves on the exceptional standards of our parks and the customer experience for our holiday guests, this is all thanks to our incredible team at all our parks and Head Office who work tirelessly every day. British Travel Awards

The British Travel Awards are one of the most prestigious awards available and we are delighted to have received multiple awards. We have been awarded the following:

Green Tourism

The Green Tourism Award scheme showcases businesses and attractions which demonstrate a commitment to people, places and our planet, and we are proud to have received an award for each of our parks.

As a Green Tourism award holder, we have promised our commitment to champion investment and improvement in our local communities, conserve the local economy and find new ways to reduce our footprint to help the quest to overcome excessive global warming.

10 of our 11 parks received a Silver award in 2026, with Ballintuim Holiday Park receiving Bronze for their first year enrolling in the scheme.

Hoseasons Diamond Award

We are proud that Viewfield Manor has received the Hoseasons Diamond Award for Best Scottish Park in the Small Parks category (2024).

This award celebrates holiday parks, recognising those that have achieved highest scores in guest satisfaction surveys and winning demonstrates the exceptional quality and customer service found at Viewfield Manor.

Best Companies Award

We have received three-star accreditation from Best Companies, which means that our employee engagement is World Class!

This is an amazing achievement, based purely on ratings from our employees.

We were named the 1st Best Leisure and Hospitality Company to work for in the UK! We're also:

TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Awards

We are thrilled that multiple Verdant Parks have been recognised by Tripadvisor in their Travellers' Choice Awards (2023).

Each year, Tripadvisor curates reviews and ratings from travellers around the world to showcase the very best in various categories, and we are proud to have received awards at Riverside, Erigmore and Heather View.

Visit England & Scotland Awards

The Visit England & Scotland awards are our park ratings and we are proud that we have received 5 and 4 star awards for our holiday parks, along with Visit England's Gold Accolade for Kingfisher Holiday Park.

We also received not one but two, 4 star ratings from the Scottish tourist board. One for the small holiday park category and one for the holiday park category.
