Kingfisher has a 12-month season, being open all year round. You can enjoy your holiday home at any time throughout the open season, the only rule is it cannot be your permanent residence.

Yes, of course! Kingfisher is extremely pet-friendly, so your cat, dog or even hamster can join you! Just be sure to keep all animals on a lead during walks around the park itself, and ensure you use the bins provided for any waste.

All of the holiday homes we offer for sale are at a high standard. Our pre-owned caravans and lodges are in very good condition, and our team would be happy to show you round all available models when you visit Kingfisher.

Your main home's TV Licence will cover you unless anyone is watching or recording live TV on any channel or watching or downloading BBC programmes on iPlayer at the same time as your main licensed address. In this case you will need to complete a non-simultaneous use declaration form.
