Holiday Home Ownership FAQs

  • For holiday home ownership, we are open 12 months of the year which gives you flexibility to holiday as often as you like throughout the year. Please note that a holiday home cannot be used as a permanent residence. 

  • Of course! We can take a wide variety of caravans or motorhomes in part exchange at competition prices. We can provide a no obligation quote when you visit the park. 

  • Yes, we are very much a family friendly park, so your whole family are invited to make use of all of the facilities and entertainment at Cleavewood and Golden Coast. Please note that Golden Coast on park facilities will be limited based on the time of year. 

  • Annual charges include site fees, rates, gas, electricity and insurance. Ask us for a full breakdown of the annual running costs.

  • No. Many of our owners have purchased their holiday home using an easy payment plan to help make their purchase more affordable. With flexible deposit and monthly payment options available, payment plans can be tailored to suit your personal needs. Finance is subject to status, terms and conditions apply. 

  • We are on hand to help with everything that you need. Initially we would give you a VIP tour and show you a selection of the holiday homes and pitches available. When you have chosen your perfect holiday home and pitch, you can reserve them with a deposit. 

  • Yes, we can show you the selection of pitches available and you will be able to choose your pitch.

  • Terms and conditions apply. ^A deposit for the 2025 season is payable in November 2024. Applies to new purchases only and cannot be applied retrospectively. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and can be withdrawn at any time. Full details available on request.
