We have set durations for our holidays. These are 4 nights from Monday, 3 nights from Friday, 2 nights from Friday, or 7 nights from a Monday, Friday or a Saturday.
A 10 night holiday can be booked from a Friday and a 14 night holiday from a Monday, Friday or Saturday.
There are times where we may be able to accommodate bookings for alternative days or durations, please contact a member of our holidays team who will be able to check availability for you.

Golden Coast is open between 1st March and 31st October. Cleavewood is open between 15th February and 31st October for holiday guests, and is open all year round for holiday home owners.

Yes, we welcome pets in selected accommodation for an additional charge. You must make us aware at the time of booking if you intend to bring your pet with you and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. We also accept dogs in our pet-friendly venues, The Old Mill and Harry's Bar.
Dogs covered by the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted. Please contact our holidays team for more information.

The park team will do their utmost to fulfil your request, however, it cannot be guaranteed.
We are unable to tell you if your request has been met until you arrive at the park. You can add a request any time prior to arrival by contacting your chosen park directly. You can find all park contact details by clicking here.

When you arrive at the on park there will be signs directing you to Reception. You will need to take your holiday confirmation with you and you will be provided with your keys and a welcome information pack at check-in.
