For your convenience we offer a range of Hire Goods such as cots and highchairs that can be pre-booked and placed in your accommodation ready for your arrival.
Whether it’s a special occasion or you just deserve a treat, we also provide a range of luxury extras that will help make your holiday an unforgettable one.
You can add any of our Hire Goods and Extras when making your booking or you can call the team at your chosen park directly and arrange them anytime up to 24 hours before your arrival day. Below we have provided details of a few of our standard packages. We are of course, more than happy to put together a tailor made package for you, simply call a member of the team to discuss your requirements.
Plush toys - £7.99 each
We have beautiful plush toys of our mascots, Vinnie and Violet, available to place onto the bed for when your little ones arrive at your accommodation. They can take them along to the complex, meet the real deal mascots, then take a little of their holiday home with them. What better way to remember their lovely family holiday?
We also have limited edition Super Vinnies available to help celebrate Vinnie's 5th birthday!
Highchair - £8 per break / £12 per week
Take the stress away at meal times without taking up space in the car! High chairs are available to hire in advance or on arrival, subject to availability.
Travel Cot - £8 per break / £12 per week
To save space in the car, you can hire a travel cot in advance or on arrival (subject to availability). Travel cots come complete with a mattress, you simply need to bring bedding.
Please Note: In most of our accommodation, travel cots will only fit in the lounge area. Please speak to a member of the team when booking for more information.
Welcome Pack - £18
Book your Welcome Pack in advance and we will place it in your accommodation ready for your arrival. Our Standard Welcome Pack contains:
Flowers - From £20
Nothing says "I love you" like a bouquet of fresh flowers. We will place a bouquet of flowers in your accommodation ready for your arrival, simply speak to a member of the team regarding your preferences when booking.
Champagne - £30
Whether its a special occasion or you just deserve a treat, we think that enjoying a glass of champagne when you arrive is the perfect way to start your holiday! We will place a chilled bottle of champagne in your accommodation, ready for your arrival.
Chocolates - £6
Treat yourself or your loved one to a a box of locally produced chocolates.
Balloons - From £6
Whether it's an anniversary or a birthday surprise, we can have balloons ready for your arrival. Speak to a member of the team when booking to arrange the number and type of balloons that you would like.
Celebration Pack - £50
Whatever the occasion, celebrate on holiday with a celebration pack. You'll receive a bottle of champagne and a bouquet of flowers in your accommodation ready for your arrival.
Cancellation Cover - £10 per break/£15 per week
Our Cancellation Cover protects you or any other member of your party should you be forced to cancel your holiday because of sickness, bereavement, redundancy or jury service.
Customers who have opted to take out our Cancellation Cover and comply with the terms and conditions will be entitled to the following (less a £20 administration fee).
42 Days or more: Full refund given
41 - 15 Days notice: 25% of total holiday cost will be retained (or the deposit, whichever is greater)
14 Days or less: 50% of the total holiday cost will be retained.
If Cancellation Cover is not taken, and you wish to cancel your booking, we will be unable to offer a refund of any monies paid.
Completion of our Cancellation Form and proof in the form of a Doctor's Certificate, Employer's or Court Notification will be required in writing, by recorded delivery, prior to your confirmed holiday start date.
The lodge was so clean that at first we thought it was brand new and that we were the first to use it. The door had a paper seal to tell us that it had been thoroughly cleaned to deal with Covid rules which was very reassuring. The grounds were very well maintained.

Our caravan was modern, comfortable and immaculate. Everyone we spoke to around the park was really friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar one night and the food was lovely and tables were well spaced out. It was great to be able to use the pool and it was well managed taking into account Covid regulations. Great playpark and handy shop. Loads to do in the surrounding area. We really enjoyed our break and would definitely return.
