Riverside Leisure Park sits on the southern edge of the quiet town of Wooler, on the border of the Northumberland National Park, by the Cheviot Hills. It is a popular base for walkers and is referred to as the “Gateway to the Cheviots”. It lies on the St. Cuthbert’s Way long distance trail between Melrose Abbey and Lindisfarne.
Should you want to explore off-park there's so much to do and see right on your doorstep. The charming market town of Wooler is just a stone's throw away whilst Northumberland National Park and the delightful beaches along the coast offer miles of outstanding walking and cycling routes.
What's more, the fantastic range of attractions include tranquil gardens, railway museums and the original Hogwarts location, Alnwick Castle providing something for the whole family whatever the weather.

Vinnie and Violet, our cuddly park mascots, will also be making regular appearances throughout the year; they're usually up to mischief so keep an eye out for them!

Bordering the Northumberland National Park, Riverside Leisure Park is conveniently located for a number of countryside and hilltop walks. Just 20 minutes from the nearest coast, you can also enjoy some beautiful sandy beaches locally. The options are endless for those who love an adventure in the great outdoors!

The perfect option for family holidays, Riverside is close to great attractions including museums, historical buildings with a link to the magical world of Harry Potter, horse riding centres and farms. At Riverside you will find something for every child to enjoy.
