If you’re torn between a countryside or coastal location, then look no further, Pease Bay has it all. The nearby Pease Dean Nature Reserve is rich in wildlife and a small cliff top path leads down to Cove Harbour and onto the famous Southern Upland Way.
Pease Bay is arguably the finest surfing location on the east coast. The region is home to world class golf courses, some of the best fishing in Scotland and amazing bird watching. There are also many fine historical monuments and museums a short drive away.
Entertainment and events
We add new entertainment regularly so be sure to check back with us for updates. You can also find details of our planned entertainment on notice boards around the park. A small charge may be applicable to some events, please ask reception for details.
Vinnie and Violet, our cuddly park mascots, will also be making regular appearances throughout the year; he is usually up to mischief so keep an eye out for him!

Walks and outdoors
Pease Bay is conveniently located close to several major walking routes. The famous Southern Upland Way, Scotland’s only official coast to coast long distance walking route, runs directly adjacent to the Park. You’re guaranteed some outstanding scenery on this route.
There’s also guided walks, with canoeing, kayaking and much more available locally. The options are endless for those who love an adventure in the great outdoors!
Watersports
The Berwickshire coast is a mecca for watersports lovers! Considering Pease Bay’s coastal location, it is the perfect place to enjoy watersports and water based activities.
From surfing to sailing, yachting to diving all available nearby, you are spoilt for choice when you holiday at Pease Bay. The bay itself is a world famous surfing spot and you're almost guaranteed to catch a wave or two when you visit.
Attractions
Family days out help make your holiday even more special. There’s so many attractions and activities available that will keep the whole family entertained. From brewery tours to family farms there’s a host of attractions to suit all ages.
