Take a walk on the Berwickshire Coastal Path

With four main sections, the Berwickshire Coastal Path is the ideal place to take in the sights of Berwickshire’s picturesque coast. The third section of the Path takes you from St Abb’s to Eyemouth, by Coldingham Bay Beach and past the village of Coldingham. At just 3.7 miles it’s the shortest section of the complete 30 mile path, and makes for a lovely walk during your visit to Coldingham Bay. You can access the Path from The Creel Road in Coldingham, adding an extra 2 miles onto the total distance of the walk.

Take a trip to Siccar Point

The amazing Siccar Point is just a few short miles from Coldingham. This Site of Special Scientific Interest is famously known as the birthplace of modern geology and well worth a visit. Walking to Siccar Point from Coldingham Bay is quite a feat but is possible by following the Berwickshire Coastal Path north and diverting off the path when you reach the minor road leading to Drysdales vegetable processing plant.
