We are Team Verdant
At Verdant Leisure we strive for excellent customer service in everything we do. We have built a fantastic reputation for providing our customers with amazing environments in which they can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
We know that we wouldn’t have an excellent reputation without the hard work and dedication of our amazing staff.
At Verdant Leisure we recognise that each and every staff member is an incredibly important part of each customer's journey with us - whether you interact with our customers on a daily basis like our reception or bar & restaurant teams, work hard to make our parks look amazing like our maintenance and accommodation teams, or look after the more 'behind the scenes' parts of Verdant life like our accounts and marketing teams.

Working at Verdant Leisure
Who are Team Verdant?
When you work for Verdant Leisure you become part of our family, and we call our family 'Team Verdant'.
We employ a variety of people, both full time and part time, on seasonal and permanent contracts, across the north of England and Scotland. We employ people in a range of roles so as long as you are committed to outstanding customer service, you are sure to find the role for you.
We offer development and training to anyone who wants to learn more for their role and we aim to promote from within wherever possible. When you join us, you join a team that rewards dedication and helps its team members flourish.
We are always on the look out for enthusiastic, dedicated and friendly individuals to join our team and develop with us. We offer apprenticeship roles in a variety of areas both at our head office and at our parks.
Apprenticeships are an excellent way of gaining new skills and developing your knowledge whilst working ... and being paid. You get the benefit of both the hands-on experience of actually performing the everyday tasks and duties, and also the understanding and knowledge to back it up.
Courses typically take 12-18 months to complete, but that doesn't mean you have to leave at the end. We'd like to continue developing you and helping you reach your full potential, whether that is on a higher level course, or through in-house mentoring.

Gender Pay Gap Reporting
We are an employer required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
This involves carrying out six calculations that show the difference between the average earnings of men and women in our organisation; it will not involve publishing individual employee data.
We are required to publish the results on our own website and the government gender pay website. We will do this within one calendar year from April 5th each year.
