Excellent holiday. Caravan very good, clean and modern. We went to Stanhope in Durham, stunning location, and plenty of walks even for us, as we are not walkers, and are pensioners.

Stayed at Heather View park many times and enjoyed the full experience of having a break away. Both the caravans and lodges are lovely to stay in and the staff are all very friendly and will help you in any way they can.

Lovely place to stay, lovely clean and well kept site. The deluxe caravan was in a beautiful position over looking the Weardale hills and countryside. Would recommend Verdant Leisure and Heather View!

We always try to have a holiday with the dogs in Sept/Oct and I was brought up in the local area so this was an ideal place to stop on a visit with my family to call on relatives and old friends. We took our 2 dogs who like us loved the surrounding area for walks. The lodge was more than we expected, very clean and comfortable, felt like home from home. The park itself is very clean and tidy and the staff helpful and friendly . We have already booked for next year .

Excellent Holiday Park in a very nice setting. The Park is extremely well maintained with Caravans to a very high spec of cleanliness and everything needed to have an enjoyable stay was included.

Our first visit to a caravan park and we were very impressed with the accommodation. Everything was provided, for what was needed and the caravan was spotlessly clean. The little shop was adequately stocked up with everyday essentials and the bar and restaurant were good. The meals we had were well worth the money we spent and the food was piping hot. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very enjoyable weeks stay.

Good Location and spacious. I would like to thank security person, who was very kind to turning on heating system due to our late check-in and took us to the accommodation at midnight.  Accommodation was very spacious and included washing machine and dishwasher. Also the location was very beautiful. Sales person Paul was very helpful on providing information about caravan and the location.
