Location: Erigmore Leisure Park, Dunkeld, Perthshire, PH8 0BJ

Salary: £18,720 - £19,670 per annum (dependent upon experience)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time. Core days are Monday, Friday and Saturday. Other shifts will depend on scheduled arrivals and departures.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities

Our Accommodation Supervisors are responsible for managing the park accommodation team to ensure that high standards are maintained, health & safety requirements are adhered to and customer service standards are exceeded. Our Accommodation Supervisors are hands-on, they manage the work allocation for the whole team and also carry out housekeeping tasks as needed. Our Accommodation Team look after the cleanliness and presentation of our hire fleet caravans and lodges as well as on-park facilities.

Some examples of the day-to-day duties are:

  • Manage the work of the accommodation team for which you are responsible, delegating tasks and job sheets promptly on a daily/shift basis.
  • Ensure that the complex and accommodation units are cleaned efficiently and to a consistently high standard by carrying out post cleaning checks.
  • Check beds, linen, pillows and duvets on every check-in day, monitoring to ensure stock is repaired or replaced as required.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage storage of all cleaning equipment and bedding and ensure outstanding cleanliness on all linen provided to customers.
  • Control expenditure as per budgets in relation to cleaning chemical and inventory costs.

Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role and have the ability to supervise team members and be able to demonstrate effective ways of motivating the staff to achieve excellence. You will need to be enthusiastic and well organised with a meticulous attention to detail.
