Holiday Home Sales Consultant

Various Park Locations

We are always looking for pro-active, friendly and reliable individuals to join our growing sales teams.. The right attitude is key, if you love meeting and talking to people and can show passion for the holiday homes and lifestyles that we promote then this may be the career opportunity for you! Previous experience in a Sales role is essential. Experience in the holiday home/caravan park industry is advantageous.

Our Complex Team Members are responsible for delivering the food, beverage and entertainment services on park. They serve food and drinks, assist the chefs in the kitchen, promote the entertainment on offer and ensure that the Complex is a clean and welcoming place for all our customers!

Our Shop Team Members are responsible for creating a unique retail experience. They deal with customer enquiries, take responsibility for stock control and ensure that the shop area is a clean and welcoming place for all our customers! The role is key to ensuring our customers can purchase holiday essentials and be greeted in a friendly and professional manner throughout their stay.

Complex Team Members

Thurston Manor, East Lothian

Our Complex Team Members are responsible for delivering the food, beverage and entertainment services on park. They serve food and drinks, assist the chefs in the kitchen, promote the entertainment on offer and ensure that the Complex is a clean and welcoming place for all our customers!

Accommodation Team Member 

Thurston Manor, East Lothian

Our Accommodation Team Members are responsible for preparing and maintaining our holiday accommodation. They also help keep the park facilities clean and well presented, the sales vans looking ready to move into, and are on-hand to deal with any issues on busy check-in days!

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Due to the nature of the industry this is a temporary seasonal role and the hours are variable to suit but will include working evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Site Team Member

Erigmore, Perthshire

Our Site Team Members are responsible for ensuring that the park grounds, facilities, buildings and equipment are well maintained on a daily basis. They help keep the holiday accommodation in working order, the play parks and grounds safe and inviting, they site caravans, build decking and are generally very handy!

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role. A valid Driving Licence would be desirable.

Lifeguard / Leisure Assistant 

Erigmore, Perthshire

Our Leisure Assistants/Lifeguards are responsible for assisting all visitors to the Leisure facilities on park, undertaking lifeguard duties for the pool, and completing tests and records in line with legislation and safety standards.

We are looking for someone with experience as a lifeguard and an up-to-date lifeguarding qualification (NPLQ or similar). A PVG/Disclosure Scotland criminal records check is essential.

Our passionate, customer-focused and friendly reception team are instrumental in ensuring that all our customers and visitors are welcomed to the Park, have all the information needed to enjoy their stay and leave following a positive engagement with the Verdant experience.

Experience in a reception environment, or within the tourism/leisure industry would be advantageous but not necessary.

Site Foreman

Heather View, County Durham

We’re looking for a forward-thinking individual to manage, motivate and drive our Maintenance, Siting & Grounds Team to deliver excellence. As well as overseeing and allocating work to the team and ensuring deadlines are met, there is an element of project management within this role, as we are constantly improving and developing the park and facilities.

Experience in the holiday park or caravan industry is essential as we need someone with experience siting caravans and driving tractors/JCBs etc.

This is a full-time, permanent role which will involve working weekends, bank holidays and some evenings. The salary is dependent upon experience.
