Apprentice Admin Assistant

Head Office, Lancaster

You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support such as answering and dealing with telephone enquiries, inputting information into databases, typing, booking appointments, maintaining filing systems, scanning and photocopying. Reporting to the HR Officer you will work closely with all the teams at head office, with the chance to work on specific tasks and gain experience within the HR, marketing, accounts and sales teams. All this experience will help you work towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Holiday Sales Advisor

Head Office, Lancaster

Our Holiday Sales Advisors are the first point of contact for many new and returning customers. They deal with queries for all our parks, whether it is booking a holiday, making a sales appointment, brochure requests or what the local attractions are. Queries come via phone calls, social media, emails and webchat so the team are always busy!

We have full-time and part-time opportunities available which involve working weekends and bank holidays. The office is open between 8.30am and 8pm, so this role involves working different shifts.

Our Chefs prepare meals and snacks to order throughout the day, producing consistently well presented, high quality and tasty food from our seasonal menu and special boards. You may be working on your own or with assistance from kitchen assistants and waiting staff. This role is key to ensuring that we can provide the quality food service that our guests expect, providing them with another option to self-catering and allowing them to spend more precious time with family and friends.

This is a temporary position, which will include working weekends and bank holidays. The salary for this position will be dependent upon experience.

Holiday Home Sales Consultant

We are recruiting for pro-active, friendly and reliable individuals to join our growing sales teams across our beautiful English and Scottish parks. The right attitude is key, if you love meeting and talking to people and can show passion for the holiday homes and lifestyles that we promote then this may be the career opportunity for you! Previous experience in a Sales role is essential. Experience in the holiday home/caravan park industry is advantageous.

This is a full-time permanent role with working hours to include weekends, evenings and bank holidays. The basic salary is £20,000 with opportunities to earn commission.
