Pet Friendly Holidays

Dog friendly holidays for couples

It can be hard finding the perfect romantic getaway when you have a furry, four-legged third wheel with you, but at Verdant Leisure you don’t have to worry. We know that pets are part of the family, and we want you to be able to enjoy a break without having to compromise on luxury when booking a pet friendly holiday. We’ve got parks and accommodation perfect for couples and your best friends.

Coastal Escapes

What could be more romantic than a sunset walk along the beach whilst your dog runs ahead with the wind in its fur? If that sounds like your idea of heaven, then Pease Bay or Queensberry Bay is the ideal choice for your next getaway.

Treat your loved one and your dog to a stay in one of our homely caravans, or luxury lodges with comfortable furnishings and contemporary interiors. Wake up to the fresh sea air and have a drink in the on-park Bar & Restaurants or explore the amazing beaches right on your doorstep. There’s plenty of coastal paths, beaches and nearby towns to explore, with pet friendly pubs and restaurants along the way.

Countryside Retreats

Go on an adventure in the heart of Perthshire and take your dog on a luxury break they won’t forget. Not only is Erigmore Leisure Park the picture-perfect couples retreat but it also offers breath-taking walks that you and your pets will love discovering together. Our accommodation on park ranges from modern caravans to spectacular spa lodges with hot tubs!

Enjoy a meal and drinks in the beer garden or head down into local towns such as Dunkeld and Pitlochry. There is plenty for you and your loved one, and your fluffy plus one to explore. At the end of an ideal day, you can sit back and relax in comfort.

The perfect couples holiday, plus one

We are lucky enough to be able to offer relaxing breaks across Scotland, Northern England and North Devon. Our parks are the obvious choice for couples looking to escape the everyday and enjoy a well-deserved break, but most importantly, your pets are welcome too!

Enjoy a short break at Heather View, situated in the heart of the Durham Dales alongside the flowing River Wear! Or visit West Scotland and stay at Viewfield Manor, making the most of countryside and coast with quaint towns and beaches all nearby!

Travel along the Berwickshire coast from beach to beach when you visit Scoutscroft Leisure Park or Coldingham Bay. There’s an abundance of Instagrammable places right on their doorstep, providing the perfect backdrop for your next profile pic! Not to mention some of the best fish and chip shops on the South East coast, are all within 20 minutes of the parks. Yum!
