Holiday FAQs
We have set durations for our holidays. These are 4 nights from Monday, 3 nights from Friday or 7 nights from a Monday, Friday or a Saturday.
A 10 night holiday can be booked from a Friday and a 14 night holiday from a Monday, Friday or Saturday.
There are times where we may be able to accommodate bookings for alternative days or durations, please speak to a member of the team who will be able to check availability for you.
Our parks have the luxury of extended holiday seasons which means you can join us for Christmas and New Year, however, not all of our parks are open all year round. Opening and closing dates for our season are detailed below.

We have various different sizes of holiday homes for hire. All of our parks have accommodation sleeping up to a maximum of 6 people. Two bedroom accommodation sleeps 4 people, they usually have one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Three bedroom accommodation sleeps 6 people, they usually have one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. We also have apartments and cottages at Erigmore which cater for parties of up to 9.
Our holiday parks and facilities are intended for family holidays. Bookings by persons of 21 years of age or younger and single sex groups are not accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking where we feel that the comfort of our guests may be put at risk. We may apply discretion in certain circumstances, please call our holiday sales advisors on 03300 535 524 to discuss your party.
We have a number of adapted Holiday Homes available for guests with varying disabilities across our parks. Please contact a member of the team today on 03300 535 524 and they will be able to advise you on the specific accommodation available, the layout of the park, parking etc.
Registered Assistance Dogs are allowed in all grades of accessible holiday homes at no extra charge. Please make your Holiday Advisor aware that you have an assistance dog at the time of making your booking.
Yes, we welcome pets in selected accommodation for an additional charge. You must make us aware at the time of booking if you intend to bring your pet with you. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs covered by the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted. Please contact us for further details.
Our holiday prices include fully equipped accommodation, gas, electricity, water, bed linen (including duvets and pillows) and access to the facilities for every named person on your booking.
Prices quoted on our website are per accommodation. If there is space in your accommodation you can add extra people to your booking for no extra charge up until 24 hours before arrival.
Most of our entertainment and children’s activities are included in your holiday price; however, some are subject to a moderate extra charge. You can find out more details on the Facilities page of your chosen park.

Below we have included a recommended list of items for you to bring with you. Don’t worry if you forget to bring something with you, most items are available from our on-site shop.

Yes of course, this might include being allocated accommodation in a certain area of the park or being located close to another party. The park team will do their utmost to fulfil your request, however, it cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to tell you if your request has been met until you arrive at the park. You can add a request any time prior to arrival by contacting your chosen park directly.
Your holiday accommodation will be ready from 4pm on the day of arrival for Superior Caravans and from 3pm for Deluxe and Platinum Caravans and Lodges. You are of course, welcome to arrive before this time and start making use of the on-site facilities, simply report to reception when you arrive at the park. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please contact the Park team directly who will advise you of the out of hours check-in procedure.
We ask that all guests vacate their holiday home by 10am on the day of departure. You are of course, welcome to stay on the park until 5pm that day and make use of the on-site facilities.
Yes of course, we understand that your circumstances may change. If you would like to change your contact details, holiday dates, Park, grade, duration, or add additional members to your booking, simply call our holidays team on 03300 535524. Amendments can only be made by the lead name on the booking and may be subject to an administration fee.
If you are unable to go on your holiday, simply contact our holidays team on 03300 535524. They will always try to find an alternative for you, however, if our cancellation policy has not been taken out and you need to cancel your booking completely, no refund will be offered.
When you arrive at the Holiday Park there will be signs directing you to Reception. You will need to take your holiday confirmation with you and you will be provided with your keys and welcome information at check-in.
Most of our caravan accommodation will not fit a travel cot in the bedrooms and we ask that travel cots are located in the lounge area for maximum comfort of the whole party. In some lodges cots will comfortably fit in the main bedroom, but not all. Please ask a member of the team when making your booking.
We now offer park-wide Wi-Fi at all of our parks. Details can be found at reception.
As a result of Government legislation, it is now illegal to smoke inside any enclosed public buildings in England, Scotland and Wales. Outside smoking areas are clearly designated. Our accommodation is non-smoking and we ask all holidaymakers to refrain from smoking inside the accommodation. This policy includes the prohibition of e-cigarettes in all public buildings and accommodation.
Activities on our holiday parks are continuously reviewed and improvements made that lower our impact on nature, our surroundings and local culture.
Recycling points are available around the Parks so there will never be one far from you. These will be clearly marked on your Park map.
We allow the use barbecues outside your Holiday Home as long as they are away from the gas supply and are supervised at all times. We ask that when using disposable barbecues that they are not placed directly on the grass or decking area.

If you have concerns about your holiday whilst on Park, please notify Reception immediately so that they can rectify any issues for you.
Unfortunately fireworks are not permitted anywhere at any of our parks.
