£488 raised for Northumberland Wildlife Trust
Guests at our Riverside Leisure Park based in the north of England have generously raised £488 for the Northumberland Wildlife Trust.
We ask guests to make a donation to the local wildlife trust during their booking to help protect the stunning Northumberland wildlife. Guests visiting Riverside have raised over £488 in the last 12 months which will be presented to the charity.
We would like to say a huge thank you to all our guests who have kindly donated to the Northumberland Wildlife Trust. Our parks are set in the heart of the region’s stunning countryside so we often receive visits from wildlife enthusiasts and the wildlife itself! It is great that we can contribute to protecting the wildlife for future generations.
Northumberland Wildlife Trust was founded in 1971 to protect wildlife and promote nature conservation within Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland. The charity manages over 60 nature reserves and works with local authorities to identify and care for other sites of conservation importance.
