We have been awarded the Disability Confident Employer Level

We are pleased to announce we are now a Disability Confident Employer.

Disability Confident Employers are recognised as going the extra mile to make sure disabled people get a fair chance.

We have taken the next step in the Disability Confident scheme by completing a self-assessment and committing to a number of actions and activities to recruit and retain the right people for the business.

The nationally recognised scheme helps give organisations the skills and confidence they need to recruit, retain and develop disabled people. It can also help develop the skills and insight to better tap into the estimated £249 billion of spending power that disabled people and families can wield.

Since beginning our Disability Confident journey last May we have worked to improve our recruitment processes, aiming to provide a fully inclusive and accessible process, we have improved processes and communication to ensure that people with disabilities and long term health conditions feel valued, supported, empowered and fully able to reach their potential in the workplace.
