Typical duties and responsibilities:

• • Providing a friendly and professional welcome to all guests and visitors

  • Handling guest enquiries, bookings, and feedback with confidence and care

  • Supporting other departments by coordinating requests and reporting issues

  • Using IT systems to manage check-ins, check-outs, and customer records

  • Keeping reception areas clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

We’re looking for team players who take pride in delivering great service, have excellent communication and customer service skills, good IT and admin abilities with a willingness to learn new systems, a proactive and helpful attitude with strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays; while previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service is desirable, it’s your positive attitude that matters most.
