Assistant Accommodation Manager
Location: Golden Coast Leisure Park, Station Road, Woolacombe, Devon, EX34 7HW
Salary: £31,700 PA
Hours: 40 hours a week over 5 days. Will include working weekend and bank holidays.

Are you ready to step into a leadership role where you can make a real difference every day?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Accommodation Manager to support our Accommodation Manager in leading a dynamic team to deliver spotless accommodation and exceptional guest experiences across our park.
As Assistant Accommodation Manager, you’ll help manage and motivate our housekeeping team, ensuring that all holiday accommodation and facilities are cleaned to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining health & safety compliance, managing stock and resources, and supporting staff training and development.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting staff recruitment, rotas, and performance management
- Monitoring and maintaining cleaning standards and inventory levels
- Responding to guest queries or issues with professionalism and care
- Ensuring smooth handovers on check-in/out days and peak periods
- Upholding safety standards and contributing to a positive guest experience
We’re looking for someone with experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or facilities management who brings strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. You’ll need to be confident leading and motivating a team, organised and proactive with a positive, can-do attitude. Flexibility to work weekends and holiday periods is essential, along with basic IT and admin skills.
