As an Activities Instructor, you’ll lead fun, safe and inclusive sessions that help guests of all ages create amazing holiday memories. From high ropes and climbing walls to bungee trampolines, pool inflatables and our wavesurf simulator, you’ll be at the heart of the action. You’ll also be on hand between sessions to support guests and help out across the wider team.

What We’re Looking for:

• Confidence and enthusiasm when working with both children and adults
• A background in customer-facing roles, volunteering, sports coaching, youth groups, or similar
• A good head for heights and a willingness to try every activity
• A helpful attitude and the ability to think on your feet
• Someone who takes pride in getting the basics right – every time
• A team player who supports their colleagues and takes initiative

Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided.

Please note that, as this role involves working with children, a DBS check is required. This will be arranged and paid for by the company.
