As Assistant Complex Manager, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Working closely with the Complex Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising front-of-house operations and leading shifts.

• Delivering high standards in cleanliness, service, and presentation.

• Training, coaching, and motivating the bar and waiting teams.

• Assisting with stock control, waste reduction, and cost management.

• Supporting staff rotas and ensuring full cover during peak times.

• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, licensing, and hygiene regulations.

• Promoting the venue with help from our marketing team and social media.

• Responding swiftly and professionally to customer feedback or complaints.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality.

• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, train, and inspire a team.

• Confident problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

• Experience managing compliance around Health & Safety and licensing (personal licence required).

• Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain great service during busy times.

• A proactive and hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
