Reception Team Member

Our Reception Team is at the heart of the guest experience, welcoming holidaymakers and owners with warmth, professionalism, and a smile. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, making sure they have all the information they need for an enjoyable stay, handling queries, and helping resolve any issues that may arise. Working closely with our accommodation, maintenance and operations teams, you'll play a vital role in delivering the high standards of service our guests expect.

What you'll be doing:

• Greeting guests and owners and assisting with check-ins, queries, and general park information.
• Handling cash and card payments, including till operation and daily cashing up.
• Preparing welcome packs for incoming guests.
• Promoting and providing knowledge about park facilities and local attractions.
• Answering phone calls and emails in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Supporting reception admin tasks as required.
• Helping promote park activities, offers, and events.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. You’ll be a natural communicator with a helpful attitude and the ability to stay calm and professional, even when things get busy.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, tourism, or similar).
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do approach.
• Good computer literacy – comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning internal systems.
• Strong communication and administration skills.
• A team player mindset – ready to jump in and support wherever needed.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer and business needs.

Previous experience in a reception, tourism or leisure environment is a bonus, but not essential.
