UK Holiday Caravans & Lodges for sale

You can visit your holiday home as often as you like within the owner season (owner season varies by park) but you cannot live on park.  Verdant Leisure Holidays Parks are non residential parks, you must have a separate primary residence and supply proof of this on request.

The "tenure" is the length of time you can use your caravan on a Verdant Leisure Holiday Park. This is determined by the year your caravan was manufactured. From brand-new, our tenure is 20 years for a static caravan and 30 years for a lodge.

Yes, you can choose from the available pitches at your preferred park, provided they are suitable for the size of the caravan or lodge you are purchasing.
