We got in to our lodge in September, and couldn't be happier, the lodge and the plot are amazing, the area is so tranquil with the fields and hills to the front and the river to the rear, it simply is sublime.

A quiet relaxing friendly park, set in beautiful countryside. The perfect place to relax and unwind after a hectic week at work.

As lodge owners we love to come as much as possible through the year. We love the peace and quiet and the beautiful countryside. We also enjoy the little get togethers that the office staff organise
We have had our lodge since April last year and are really happy with it. As soon as we cross the bridge and drive down to our lodge we instantly feel more relaxed. The views are great, love the spring with the lambs in the fields. Our park team is excellent.

We absolutely hate the end of our stays, we don't want to come home!

We enjoy visiting our caravan most weekends, it's a safe, peaceful place for the children to play and to enjoy family walks. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the site is always immaculate.

We have owned static caravans for almost 50 years and have been at Kingfisher for approximately 13 years - we love the site, it is quiet and well cared for. We spend almost every weekend there as well as many odd weeks - it is very relaxing.
Audrey Hogarth, Kingfisher
Kingfisher is a quiet relaxing park, with very friendly owners and just a pleasure to stay there, that's why I try to use it as much as possible
Kevin Forster, Kingfisher
The site is smaller than others but has a more friendly atmosphere. The location by the river is excellent. There are plenty of local amenities that can be reached by car or bus. Or our favourite walking, and occasionally using the Weardale Railway service which runs in the summer months.
