Stress-free & simple holiday home ownership
Holiday home ownership should be stress-free and simple. That’s why we make everything as clear as possible to you right from the start. In addition to the purchase price of your caravan or lodge, there are some additional costs to consider including site fees and running costs such as gas, electric and insurance.
Site fees cover things like park maintenance, refuse collection, landscaping, drainage and security. By paying annual site fees you:
- Experience holidays throughout the season
- Get the experience you would expect every time you stay
- Can enjoy great entertainment and exclusive owner only events
- Are entitled to exclusive local area discounts at a range of attractions

In order to protect your holiday home, you will require holiday home insurance. Much like other insurance policies, this will vary depending on the make, model, size and specification of your holiday home and the level of cover you require. We work with specialist holiday home insurance providers such as Towergate and Leisuredays, who will be able to provide you with a competitive quote that’s tailored to suit your needs.
