This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership and commercial skills while gaining hands-on experience across the full ownership journey — from initial enquiry through to sale and ongoing owner engagement. Typical duties and responsibilities include:
• Support the Ownership Manager in driving sales performance and achieving team targets.
• Assist in identifying opportunities with both new and existing customers to maximise sales.

• Maintain awareness of market trends and support the team in adapting strategies to meet sales objectives.
• Attend caravan shows and promotional events to help generate new business opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing to support the development of brochures, point-of-sale materials, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Ownership team, offering guidance and contributing to training and development.
• Build strong relationships with existing owners, ensuring they are kept informed about park updates, products, and services.
• Help ensure a consistent, efficient, and personalised service is delivered to all customers and holiday home owners.
• Support recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new team members where required.
• Assist with sales administration, CRM updates, invoices, and finance proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
