Paper straws are standard in our entertainment complexes and bars

Our holiday parks are ‘Going Green’

In a bid to do our bit for the environment, all our leisure parks will stop providing single use plastic bags in entertainment complexes and shops. Our ‘Go Green’ campaign will also see all eight leisure parks in northern England and Scotland provide only paper or biodegradable straws in on-park bars and restaurants.

In April this year, we joined Green Tourism, the largest and most established sustainable certification programme in the world. By joining the Green Tourism scheme, we have made a promise to work responsibly, ethically and sustainably to contribute to our community, by reducing our impact on the environment and aiming to be accessible and inclusive to all visitors and staff.

Our are surrounded by stunning scenery, woodland and wildlife, therefore preserving the local environment is a priority and huge concern for all of us. With the combination of the Green Tourism scheme and our parks taking steps to reduce our carbon footprint we hope that future generations of our employees, holiday home owners and guests will be able to enjoy the local offering of our parks.
